What can be included in the 16 week  coaching  process? 


-      ​   WEEKLY SESSIONS - Formal weekly training inputs based on the Work it Out Inclusion Methodology, ensuring a strong conceptual foundation.
​-         TRANSFORMATION PROCESS - Ongoing alignment of concepts with real-time workplace experiences, making inclusion relevant and actionable.
​-       ORGANISATION   PROJECTS - Continuous development of workplace inclusion projects, supported by peer discussions and co-worker engagement. 
-         PERSONAL MENTORING SESSIONS – All participants can have personal coaching and support with Des McCabe, the lead Facilitator.
-      12 MONTH PLAN - The creation of a one-year plan to update / reframe DEI and build upon the Work it Out methodology beyond the 16-week  coaching process, ensuring sustainability.

​The   16-Week Rethinking Inclusion Coaching Process    is designed to offer  a   strategic shift   that helps organisations embed inclusion into their   culture, leadership, and everyday operations. You (and toyr colleagues) will will be able to:

✔   Move beyond DEI fatigue  by engaging in   meaningful, action-based learning  that integrates inclusion into daily work.

✔   Empower individuals and teams to take responsibility for inclusion   through collaboration, kindness, and shared goals.

✔   Shift from a compliance-driven mindset  to an approach where inclusion happens naturally   through leadership, workplace culture, and business strategy.

✔   Develop a structured 12-month inclusion roadmap    that aligns with your organisational priorities.

✔   Gain practical tools  for overcoming resistance, fostering psychological safety, and building high-performing, inclusive teams.

Practicalities


Numbers  -   You can select  one key individual for one-to-one coaching or a  team  (up to  12 people)   as part of our group  coaching methodology
Fee - The fully inclusives fee is £9,000 per  organisation  (or the equivalent  in your currency).   
Delivery  - All sessions take place  on Zoom and available worldwide. We already  support  organisations in  the UK and the US   with   Inclusion Coaching.
