Inclusion is the ongoing
invitation for collaboration,
participation, sharing and caring,
that we send out to others.
 
Inclusion is our offer
that requires acceptance.
And not everyone will say yes.
You cannot take them all with you.
 
And so, inclusion is a continuous
and everlasting invitation.
It is our individual, organisational
and global, lifelong purpose.
