The 6 Stage Development Process
Stage one - introduction to work it out
Attend an initial three are working right workshop with Des McCabe. Complete the feedback form and earn your level one award
Stage two - work it out skills development
Complete the six week development programme and submit your online report to receive your level two award.
1. Key working at methodology really ownership, action planning, reporting back, helping others, 2. Group work methodology 3. Work it out coaching skills
Stage three - work it out mentoring programme
2. take responsibility for developing a group of people 3. Three month process to show how you can get results individually and collectively with this group.
3. Link up with other mentors
4. Write up success case stories with key individuals and promote them on the work on the website. Assessed work to receive your level three award.
Stage four - Promoting Work it out and developing your group.
Promotion and outmanned of orchidlike programs. Your key task will be to organise it we could add program in an area that you know well. Link building with funders. Taster workshop. Secure funding to deliver work it out initial workshops or future programs to receive your level four award
Stage five - Facilitator
Working with Des and Jimmy to deliver your six week programme. Assessed work to receive your Level5 award at the end of the six week programme.
Stage six - Area Manager
This is where you have responsibility for developing a geographical area and become a licensed work it out area manager.
This is the six stage accredited development program. It is by invitation only. There is no cost. However the time commitment of three days per month will be necessary.
You will be working on three themes same time – individual development, program department, your own personal development.
Becoming a successful why can I facilitator means being opposed to build networks from scratch and support these.
