In-house Licensed Facilitators for organizations worldwide
In-house Licensed Facilitators in your organization
The Work it Out! Collaborative Coaching Methodology is ideal for in-house trainers to support personal and team development for all levels of staff.
This is especially relevant for:
- Businesses - Local Authorities and Councils - Government Departments - Health Organizations - International Agencies and Charities - Community and Voluntary groups - Prisons - Schools and Colleges - Faith based groups
A two day induction training program is held in-house to work with your Facilitators and introduce the methodology in-house. The opening session to this two days is the (half day) Inclusion Workshop and this is open to all staff (typically between 20 and 50 people). Out Trainers launch the 12 month program with your Licensed Facilitators.
Creating an in-house team of licensed inclusion Facilitators
Facilitators within the same organisation often work together and are all trained as licensed Work it Out! Trainers on the initial two day induction program.
The key benefit of this collaborative working is that you have a ‘team’ from the outset. All Facilitators are working together to address specific needs, develop ideas, create initiatives and utilise the Work it Out! Collective Coaching Methodology in key areas to meet the priorities, needs and objectives of your Organisation.
