All done for 20% of the normal cost -  at just £450 per month (not £2,250)
Starts Jan 2026 - only 12 places

Build a global community?

This collaborative joint venture   16-week Licensing for Good Development Group    is designed to help you  build a global community of Licensees.

You’ll work directly with me,
Des McCabe, in a small group of   up to    12 people    to:
  • Turn your existing work into a   licensable programme
  • Build your   license structure, pack and positioning
  • Create your  recruitment and onboarding process
  • Bring on board your first group of pilot    licensees.

Who is this for?

This 12-week group is ideal if:
  • You’re a trainer, coach, consultant, author or expert
  • You already have a programme, method, workshop or course that works
  • You’re tired of trading time for money and want a scalable, legacy model
  • You like the idea of building a community, not just selling a product
  • You’re willing to show up each week and actively work with others to build this.

Please note this is   not for you if you’re looking for a passive, hands-off course.   This is a working group, not a webinar series.

Benefits of the Group

This is not a solo journey. It is a community experience.

As one  of up to  12 participants, you will see how  others are building their own licensing businesses – their ideas, structures, challenges and breakthroughs. You don’t just learn from your own progress; you learn from everyone’s.

You will work in pairs and small groups throughout the 12 weeks, supporting each other with feedback, encouragement and practical input. You’ll help each other refine your offers, shape your packs and move forward every week with clarity and confidence.
Our aim is simple: everyone is successful.

This group is built on two core principles:
Kindness – helping each other, sharing insights, lifting one another up.
Collaboration – working together, thinking together and building together.

It’s a different way of working. Not competitive. Not isolated. A genuine community where each person’s contribution strengthens everyone.

How We Work Together

The 12-week mentoring process is structured, supportive and manageable – even if you are very busy.   Each week includes:

1. Weekly Group Call (90 minutes)
A live Zoom session where we explore the weekly theme, share examples, review tools and help each other shape our licensing models.

2. Independent and Collaborative Work (around Two and a  half hours per week)
Time for you to work on your own licensing materials – your structure, license pack, positioning, recruitment message and onboarding process.

You’ll also connect with others in small groups to review drafts, test ideas and offer encouragement.

If you can dedicate at least four hours a week – you can absolutely make this happen.

This delivers steady, practical progress, with support every step of the way.

A joint venture where I take 80% of the risk

This is the best way I think  I can help you.

Instead of the usual   £2,250  per month, you will pay only   £450 per month.   Overall, you'll pay   £1,800 instead of £9,000 for this 16-week programme.
The balance of the usual £9,000 fee is paid from your first licensee fees.

If you don’t earn, you won’t pay anything further.   This is a genuine   joint venture where  I am taking 80%  of the risk.    We both win only when you win.

You keep 100% of income after the  £9,000 is paid.

Why would I offer all of this  - with no catch?

The answer is simple:   I don’t want money to be an obstacle to your success.

So many trainers, coaches, experts and organisations have incredible programmes that could help thousands of people… but they never scale, because the upfront costs feel too high, the risk feels too big, or it's just too hard on your own.    I want to remove these barriers as much as I can.

This is Licensing for Good — a different way of working. It's a kinder business model, and a chance for all of us to build something extraordinary together.
