Here are 15 powerful ways you can begin to bring the Work It Out Way into your workplace, business, agency or community, starting today. This is not intended to be an exhaustive list, simply a few suggestions. You will think of others!
1. Host a “Just One Conversation” Session Pick a topic from this book and invite 2–5 people to discuss it over coffee or lunch. No agenda. Just show up, share and listen. What’s one perspective that really resonated with you? Could this be the start of a process?
2. Create a Pocket of Purpose at Work Bring together a small group of colleagues who want to contribute beyond their job descriptions. Choose a shared cause, idea, or change you want to make - inside or outside the business. Where can you make a difference?
