Further to the recruitment process for additional Facilitators and Mentors we now have immediate opportunities for three freelance Teachers and four Project Managers to support projects starting in late February and March 2018.
If you would like to be part of our success, have responsibility for your initiatives and make a significant impact on local communities, schools and young people - then we wold love to hear from you.
Work it Out! is now in its 7th year. The innovative empowerment methodology is well established and used widely to support individuals and a range of needs across the private, community, public, education and government sectors. We currently deliver projects across Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and England. We also provide advice and support to agencies worldwide. The continued success of the Work it Out! approach offers exceptional opportunities for ambitious Facilitators, Project Managers and Teachers.
THE ROLE These opportunities offer incredible flexibility in terms of the initiatives you work on and the number of days you choose to work. We’re looking for experienced Teachers and Project Managers to work on a self-employed basis. This is ideal as a bolt-on opportunity to what you currently do or as a new career move.
Most of all you will be driven by the chance to make a real difference in people’s lives. You will experience all aspects of what we do from contract development to programme design, to marketing, to recruitment, to delivery, to capturing successes, to contract management and to building local sustainability. This is so much more than delivering programmes! ADDING VALUE Our approach is not just to deliver the work and achieve the outcomes - but also to 'harvest' all learning from the process so this can be shared. You'll be working 'horizontally' across different initiatives to explore potential linkages and new ways of working. We will be looking for you to add exceptional value to each assignment by producing case studies, evaluation reports, training packages, ebooks, etc.. We want to promote and share the success of Work it Out! So, we are looking for individuals who are keen to make their mark on every Work it Out! project that they contribute to. We invest heavily and take huge pride in every assignment.
