​For over five years, I have been offering a   free one-hour licensing strategy call  to help colleagues to explore whether licensing could be the right next step for their work.  This is   not a sales call.   There’s no pressure, no pitch, and no obligation.   It's not how I work.

My intention is simply to help you   make a real difference with the work you do    and to do it in a way that is sustainable, scalable, and aligned with your values.

FAQ - The One to One (16 week) support process

What is the 16-week process?

I will work closely with you at every stage and have weekly coaching sessions to help you stay on track and to make sure this works for you.
 
I will be totally focused on what you want to achieve – e.g., global reach, profit, market position, value, contribution, passive income, number of licensees, business exit strategy, etc - and I will create a bespoke process to deliver this with you.

​This is a 'hands-on' and intensive 16-week process which   will help you to create your bespoke licensing structure  AND bring your first pilot licensees on board.
What is your expertise?

​Have you a course or  service that could be delivered by others in different parts of the country -  or in other parts of the world?  There are many individuals and organizations that are looking to offer successful training courses, services and products. ​Don't lose all of this untapped income potential. 

How do we work together? 

The four-month intensive mentoring process is built around a   weekly 90-minute call, supported by an additional   two hours per month of dedicated consultancy. In practice, this is usually more than enough to get everything in place without overwhelm.

Together, we’ll build a   profitable licensing model  and put the foundations around it properly. This includes shaping your licensing offer, writing a clear and compelling information pack, protecting your intellectual property, drafting your License Agreement, creating a simple but robust application process, interviewing potential licensees, and setting up a trainer development pathway that supports new licensees as they come on board.

​Alongside this structured work, I’m always available to help with   specific questions and ad-hoc issues as they arise. You won’t be left guessing or stuck — I’ll make sure you have the right advice at the right time.
How much can I earn?

I will create a plan with you that shows how much you can expect to earn from Licensing. I will work with you to design a bespoke implementation framework (LIFT) for bringing your first pilot licensees on board. 

I will help you to map out the financials to ensure that you  achieve the numbers, revenue and profit you wish to achieve.  ​I will then work with you using the 4-month development process to enable this to happen. 

What does this support cost?

The total investment for the 4-month fast set-up process is $12,500 (£9,000), all-inclusive. You can spread this monthly if that’s easier. In most cases, this cost is recovered directly from your first pilot licensees. From that point on, licensing typically moves into positive cash flow.

If cash flow is tight right now, we can also look at a “pay-when-you-earn” option. This starts at just $795 (£595) per month, with the balance paid once your first licensees are in place. That way, the model supports you while it’s being built - rather than the other way around.
