​For over five years, I have been offering a   free one-hour licensing strategy call  to help colleagues to explore whether licensing could be the right next step for their work.  This is   not a sales call.   There’s no pressure, no pitch, and no obligation.   It's not how I work.

My intention is simply to help you   make a real difference with the work you do    and to do it in a way that is sustainable, scalable, and aligned with your values.

FAQ - The One to One (16 week) support process

What is the 16-week process?

I will work closely with you at every stage and have weekly coaching sessions to help you stay on track and to make sure this works for you.
 
I will be totally focused on what you want to achieve – e.g., global reach, profit, market position, value, contribution, passive income, number of licensees, business exit strategy, etc - and I will create a bespoke process to deliver this with you.

​This is a 'hands-on' and intensive 16-week process which   will help you to create your bespoke licensing structure  AND bring your first pilot licensees on board.
How much can I earn?

I will create a plan with you that shows how much you can expect to earn from Licensing. I will work with you to design a bespoke implementation framework (LIFT) for bringing your first pilot licensees on board. 

I will help you to map out the financials to ensure that you  achieve the numbers, revenue and profit you wish to achieve.  ​I will then work with you using the 4-month development process to enable this to happen. ​
What is your expertise?

​Have you a course or  service that could be delivered by others in different parts of the country -  or in other parts of the world?  There are many individuals and organizations that are looking to offer successful training courses, services and products. ​Don't lose all of this untapped income potential. 
How do we work together? 

​The four-month intensive mentoring process consists of a weekly call of one and a half hours plus two hours per month of dedicated consultancy support.   This is usually plenty!

This will help  you to build a profitable license model, write your information pack, protect your intellectual property, write your License Agreement,  create an application process, interview potential licensees, and set up a trainer development program to support your new licensee as they come on board. 

 I am also happy to deal with your specific queries and ad-hoc issues as they arise. I will always ensure that you have the advice you need.  


What does this cost?

​The total cost of the 4-month fast set-up process is $12,500 (or £9,000)    inclusive.   You can pay monthly. You should expect to recoup this cost from your initial  'pilot' licensees.  After this, Licensing becomes a positive cash flow.

If  you have limited resources, we can explore a 'pay when you earn' arrangement  with a  monthly  fee of just  $795  (£595). You pay the  balance when your first licensees come on board.
