Four Month fast set=up
 
The four-month intensive mentoring process consists of a weekly call of one hour plus two hours per month of dedicated consultancy support.

This could be to help you to build a profitable license model, write your information pack, create an application process, interview potential licensees or set up a training programme for new licensee as they come on board. 

Des provides 6 hours dedicated support per month (four hours on calls and two hours on desk work). This is usually plenty! The cost of the 4 month fast set-up process for smaller organisations is £2,000 per month inclusive.  (Fees are quoted in GBP here purely for convenience.)

For most people, Des schedule a weekly call (on Skype or Zoom) and he works to this. He is also happy to deal with specific client queries or ad-hoc issues as they arise (within the time allocation).  He will always ensure that you have the advice you need.  
How much can I earn ?

Des will work with you to design a bespoke implementation framework for bringing your first pilot licensees on board.   ​He will create a plan with you that shows how much you can expect to earn from Licensing.

Des will help you to map out the financials to ensure that you to achieve the numbers, revenue and profit you wish to achieve.  ​He will then work with you using his 4 month development process to enable this to happen. ​
