What is Disruption Theory?

5/2/2021

Day 404 of Des McCabe's Personal Development Exercises

DISRUPTION THEORY

Disruption Theory says that
each of us has a responsibility
to disrupt the status quo.
To challenge the norm.
To question of the current process.
To reset the routine.
To search for a better way.

Our task is to be a Disruptor.
To use our skills of insight,
creativity and leadership,
in all that we are, and do!

For how else, will the
important thinking happen?
For how else, will those that
we work with, find a better way?
For how else, will we shift ourselves,
to where we should be?

Our everyday opportunity is to
have fun, be real, and   disrupt
everything!

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT EXERCISE
